Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. All down payments and retainers are non-refundable, as they secure your date and cover preparation and scheduling time. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not be charged beyond the non-refundable down payment. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session price. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged 100% of the session price. No-shows are considered a last-minute cancellation and are charged in full. In the event of severe weather or unforeseen emergencies, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling at the next available date. By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for the time, preparation, and care that goes into every session.
